Most people want to be able to tell someone, “Dude, bro, I made so much money doing “XYZ”.” But most of the time there is no substance and no reason for how they got to that point. When starting business, you are met with a couple of key components to being successful. If you can juggle all of them the correct way, and you will learn the correct way in time, you will be successful.

The first thing is a desire. What is your motives, do you have a desire to be something someday? Perfect. You have achieved the first step to success because most people don’t think “someday,” they think right now. Good things take time and you are aware of that.

Next, you need to be able to embody what you are trying to be. Reprogram your mind to want, need this 100% of the time. You probably read that like a coach down by 21 in the locker room of a highly competitive football game and this is the championship. Thats exactly what it is. Each point is what you are missing and the work needed to make that happen and each minute that passes is that championship game. It’s not overwhelming because you aren’t looking at the future too much, nor the past, just the right now. Our brains already dissect things 50 milliseconds behind what our eyes just saw so odds are we already live in the past don’t think about it anymore.

The third point becomes motivation. Motivation is weird. While motivation pops up from time to time, it is actually always around us. At one hour during the night, you had the great idea to do sit ups, clean your room, do a to do list and run a marathon then about 30 minutes later you want to watch TikTok videos and again or even pass out. This is where desire and embodying come in because this is what you really are, you desire getting stuff done, you just haven’t embodied it yet. To embody these desires when motivated, write down everything you want to become. Read them out loud, put them through a voice memo on your phone and fall asleep to it on repeat while it is pumping into your subconscious mind. We are 90% subconscious mind throughout the day, so its best to tell that what it needs to do.

The fourth is obsession. After embodying your desire and motivations, you have stuck it in your brain that your ultimate goal is to become these or this thing. Work on this every single day as much as you can. Envision what it would be like to reap the benefits of winning. Think about all aspects of why this business will be successful. MrBeast is the greatest example of obsession because he is only 26 and managed to make the biggest YouTube channel of all time. One of his biggest motivations was Pewdiepie, a fellow YouTuber. I’m sure you have heard of him. He was the second YouTuber to reach 100 million subscribers back in 2019. Interesting math here, Pewdiepie reached 100 million subs in 2019. It took MrBeast till 2022 to reach 100 million subs. Now the current numbers sit as 111 million for Pewdiepie and 300 million for MrBeast. in 5 years pewdiepie gained 11 million more subscibers, still very impressive but MrBeast the next year, in 2023 reached 200 million and in the last couple weeks this year in 2024, MrBeast reached 300 million subscribers. Insane what obsession can do. It is so insane but you can teach yourself to obsess over anything and be successful with it.

The biggest mistakes in business is always talked about through YouTube Channels, various Facebook groups, news sources, newsletters, and even a lot of valuable opinions talk about why you make mistakes in business. If you boil every talking point down to the most basic elements, they are only talking about how much you care about your specific business idea. Thats it. Do you care about it? Is it your own child, that even though how much of a little sh#t it is, you will always vouch for it. Are you willing to go through hell to make this happen. If not, being a business owner is not for you but most of you signed up because you need a little push or a little more awareness in the business world of 2024 and beyond. You definitely have persistence and are committed to your endeavors. Oh, and be obsessed over it, its the only way.
