Selena Gomez Adds Billionaire to Her Long List of Achievements

Selena Gomez has officially joined the billionaire club, with Bloomberg pegging her net worth at a dazzling $1.3 billion.

A significant chunk of this fortune comes from the roaring success of her Rare Beauty line, which hit the market in 2019 and has made waves in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

At 32, Gomez continues to shine both on screen—she’s set to star in the Cannes-winning musical drama ā€œEmilia Perezā€ and the ā€œOnly Murders in the Buildingā€ Season 5—and in music, with her singles ā€œLove Onā€ and ā€œSingle Soonā€ keeping her on the Billboard Hot 100.

She’s also gearing up to executive produce and star in the Disney+ reboot of her early hit ā€œWizards of Waverly Place,ā€ now titled ā€œWizards Beyond Waverly Place,ā€ which debuts on October 29.

James Earl Jones, the iconic voice behind Darth Vader and a titan of stage and screen, has passed away at 93.

Known for his booming voice and award-winning performances, Jones captivated audiences for over six decades, earning three Tonys, two Emmys, and a Grammy, while his portrayal of Vader in "Star Wars" became legendary.

Born in Mississippi and overcoming a severe stutter, Jones’s journey from Broadway to Hollywood and beyond was marked by profound contributions, including memorable roles in "Field of Dreams" and "The Lion King."

His legacy will continue through his extensive body of work and the Broadway theater named in his honor.

Elon Musk

Elon Musk… the Worlds First Trillionaire?

According to a fresh analysis by Informa Connect Academy, Elon Musk could become the world’s first trillionaire by 2027 if his net worth keeps soaring at its current annual rate of 110%.

Musk, the reigning richest person with a cool $237 billion, is currently ahead of Jeff Bezos and Bernard Arnault, who trail with $195 billion and $181 billion, respectively.

Much of Musk’s fortune is tied to Tesla’s unpredictable stock and his 42% stake in SpaceX, which is still racking up satellites like nobody’s business.

Meanwhile, Tesla might hit its trillion-dollar valuation again next year, thanks to its sizzling annual growth rate of 173.32%, even though Musk's sale of shares to fund his X acquisition put a temporary damper on that market cap.
